Technical parameters of the LILI LIGHT pen
The basic set of the LILI LIGHT L Pen (mesh) includes 13 wall modules, 1 door, and mounting elements. The pen can also be equipped with a roof and a floor.
The walls and doors of the LILI LIGHT pen have a width of 1200 mm and a height of 1800 mm. They are made from a steel profile frame of 20x20x1 mm, filled with welded mesh with rectangular mesh size 100x50x3 mm which makes it difficult for dogs to bite through.
The LILI LIGHT pen modules are fully covered with a protective zinc layer obtained through fire galvanization, thus fully protected against corrosion at the connection points of mesh and profile. It is important to note that fire galvanization creates thickening and excess on the pen's coating, which is caused by the natural process of rapid cooling and solidification of zinc on the material.
A 5-year warranty is provided for the fire-galvanized steel structure.

The total height of the pen with roof and floor is 2030 mm at the front and 1960 mm at the back. The roof at the right height allows for cleaning the pen without the need to bend down.
Roof
The roof is made of a lightweight polymer plate with a slope to the back, which allows rainwater to drain away. Additionally, this material reduces noise during rain and hail and limits the heating of the pen.

Wooden floors are made of smooth boards, which have milled edges along their length. The gap between the boards is 4 mm. It is easy to maintain cleanliness, ensuring hygienic conditions for the pet.
