Notice of right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this Contract by an express statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you have obtained the last batch or piece or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has obtained the last batch or piece. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you only need to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal: in the event of withdrawal from the Contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard type of delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are notified of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this Contract. We will reimburse your payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the Goods or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us without delay but not later than 14 days from the day on which you have informed us of your withdrawal from this Contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The amount of these costs depends on the chosen method of transport and the weight of the returned items. The cost of returning the heaviest product is estimated to be up to approximately 600 PLN.

You shall be liable for any depreciation in the value of the item resulting from your use of the item other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

You may use the template withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
